Rental Terms & Conditions
These Rental Terms & Conditions apply to all rentals from North Star Party Co. By placing an order, and completing payment you agree to the terms below.
Safety and Supervision
A responsible adult must supervise all inflatable equipment at all times while in use. Customers agree to follow all posted and provided safety rules, including but not limited to: no shoes, food, drinks, gum, pets, sharp objects, face paint, silly string, confetti, flips, wrestling, roughhousing, climbing on walls or netting, hanging from arches, or overcrowding.
Setup Area Requirements
Customer must provide a safe, clean, and accessible setup area. The area must be flat, clear of debris, animal waste, sharp objects, rocks, sticks, low branches, sprinkler heads, and other hazards. Customer is responsible for identifying underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic areas, or other hidden hazards before setup. If the setup area is unsafe, inaccessible, unsanitary, or unsuitable, North Star Party Co. may refuse setup and the rental may be subject to cancellation fees.
Weather Policy
Inflatables may not be used during unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, heavy rain, severe storms, or other conditions determined unsafe by North Star Party Co. North Star Party Co. may cancel, delay, reschedule, or pick up equipment early due to weather or safety concerns. Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling requests will be communicated on a case by case basis.
Delivery, Pickup, and Access
Customer must ensure clear access to the setup area before delivery. Locked gates, stairs, steep hills, long carries, narrow access points, or blocked areas may result in additional charges or inability to complete setup. Customer must be available or have an authorized adult present at delivery and pickup unless other arrangements have been approved.
Payment Term
Full payment of order total is required to be made at checkout, orders are not fully confirmed until required payment has been received. Deposits, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility may vary based on timing, weather, and rental type.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be requested as early as possible. Cancellations made close to the event date will result in forfeiture of payment. Weather-related rescheduling will be discussed on a case by case basis. North Star Party Co. may cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe weather, equipment issues, unsafe setup conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
Damage, Cleaning, and Missing Items
Customer is responsible for rental equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, stains, silly string, gum, face paint, food, drinks, pet damage, missing items, or misuse of equipment. Customer agrees to pay repair, replacement, cleaning, or recovery costs if equipment is damaged, lost, excessively dirty, or not returned in proper condition.
Assumption of Risk
Customer understands that inflatable rentals and party equipment involve physical activity and potential risk of injury. Customer agrees to use equipment responsibly, follow all safety rules, and ensure proper supervision at all times.
Right to Refuse Service
North Star Party Co. reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a rental, or remove equipment if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or inaccessible.
